The parking space for the apartment is situated just outside the building. There is then one step over the door frame into the lobby and then a total of 28 steps up two flights of brick stairs.
The apartment is then all on one level and comprises of a lounge/dining room, small kitchen, bathroom (bath with shower attachment, basin & WC), bunk (2’ 6”) bedroom and a king-size (5’) bedroom with ensuite shower room, basin & WC.
Parking for 1 car.
The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Station Road next to the Council carpark
