Just a minutes stroll from 3 Trevibban Barn is Trevibban Mill, historically the home of a miller and his family, the land is now the home to vines, apple trees and native English Southdown sheep, a lovely place to visit for a bite to eat or just for a spot of wine tasting…
ACCESS: There is a parking space for the property at the front of the development. From here there are 2 steps down from the parking area to the garden, you then walk across a paved path with a patio area with table and chairs on one side and a small lawn on the other side, there is then one step up in through the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the property there is one step up into the kitchen/dining area from the hallway and two steps up from the hallway to the lounge area. There is also a ‘back corridor’ between the lounge and kitchen with one step between the two areas.
FIRST FLOOR: 11 steps take you down to the lower floor and 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with sower, washbasin and WC, one step up to the right is the twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath with a handheld shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the front door there is a patio area with table and chairs and a lawned area.
