Take in the sunset with a view from the balcony then sidle indoors and put your feet up in the 32ft first floor lounge. Share laughter and stories with a feast of local fare at the welcoming farmhouse style table.
Head off to Harlyn beach to try your hand at some water sports or just to soak up the sun, return to laze in the garden or even head to the Trevose Golf and Country Club for a glass of wine overlooking the Atlantic. And then do it all again. Bliss.
Ground Floor:
A kitchen with electric oven and hob, a large fridge, standard size freezer.
A utility room with wine cooler, ice maker, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a WC and washbasin.
A large dining room with a 32″ TV, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bunk bedroom with 2 sets of bunks, 1 twin bedroom, 2 en-suite shower rooms with shower, washbasin and WC and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC, another further shower room with wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6″ bed)
Bedroom 2: A bunk bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (3ft beds)with an en-suite shower room, with WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (5ft 6″ bed) and a TV.
Bedroom 4: A superking bedroom (6ft bed) with an en-suite shower room, with TV and washbasin.
Bedroom 5: A twin bedroom (3ft beds) and a TV.
First Floor:
A large living room with balcony (take care with children) with a SMART TV and a DVD player and a single bedroom.
Bedroom 6: A single bedroom (3ft bed).
Outside:
Large gardens to the front and rear with a picnic table and chairs.
Parking:
Ample parking at the property.
Linen & Towels:
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure:
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time; By 10:00am
Babies & Children:
There is a travel cot and highchair in the house, please bring your own linen for the cot.

ACCESS: The parking area is located just to the right hand side of the property. From here there is a small cobbled slope and 2 big steps up inside the property.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a kitchen, utility cupboard and 1 small step up onto a lounge/dining room
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you up to the first floor where there is 1 bunk bedroom, 1 king size bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom.
OUTSIDE: From the lounge there is a door leading out down 1 step into the enclosed courtyard.
PARKING: The parking space measurements are – Width 2.5m, Length 4.6m, Height 2.5m.
