ACCESS: The Red House is situated down a communal drive then through private gates opening onto a gravelled parking area with space for approx 3 large cars. Access to the house is gained via the side door with 2 steps up to the ground floor.
GROUND FLOOR: On this floor are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bunk bedroom with 2 sets of 3ft bunkbeds, 1 twin bedroom, 1 superking bedroom with ensuite shower room with wc, large dining room/hall with sliding patio doors leading down 2 steps to the back garden, 2 shower rooms with WC’s, bathroom with WC and utility room with seperate WC.
FIRST FLOOR: 15 steps will take you up to the first floor where there is 1 single child’s room and a 32ft living room. Up 1 step from the living room is a balcony with wonderful views of Harlyn Bay.
OUTSIDE: Outside the property there is the beauty of both front and rear gardens with a level patio to the back and a slightly sloping lawn area. For access around the property there is a tiled/gravel path. For front door access there is a slightly sloping lawn/path with 1 step up to the property.
HEATING: The house has central heating and can be controlled via the thermostats on the radiators.
The nearest payphone, bus stop and shops are in the village of St Merryn.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update,

Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month, the router is in the living room.
The travel cot and information files for the house are kept in the dining room.

Any additional equipment can be hired from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.
