ACCESS: Access is gained straight from Duke Street with 2 small steps up inside the front door. There is also access from Barry’s Lane round to the back of the property.
GROUND FLOOR: There are then 2 steps down into the living room with a further 2 steps down into the kitchen/diner. From here there is a door leading out down one step onto a courtyard area with table and chairs.
FIRST FLOOR: There are 12 steps up to the first floor and a room with built in bunk beds, bathroom with bath, shower above & WC and 3 steps down into a double bedroom.
SECOND FLOOR: A further 12 steps take you up to the second floor and a single bed with pull out single bed with en-suite WC & basin.
