Ground Floor

Kitchen with adjacent conservatory dining room with  an electric oven and gas hob and a large fridge/freezer ( 2/3 fridge, 1/3 freezer), a front sitting area with views across the estuary, a 1 master king-sized double bedroom with estuary views and en-suite shower, washbasin and WC, 2 bedrooms with extra-large zip and link beds which are made up as doubles (can be made up as twins on request) and a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5” bed)  with an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (6” beds), this can be made into a twin room on request.
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (6” beds), this can be made into a twin room on request.

First Floor

Lounge area with Juliet balcony with panoramic views across the estuary, a TV and DVD player and a family bathroom with free standing bath, washbasin and WC.

Balcony with patio table and chairs.

Parking

There is parking for up to 2 cars.

Linen and Towels

This property provides linen and towels.
Linen changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival time is from 3pm
Departure time is by 10am
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival

Babies and Children

You are able to hire cots and highchairs from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.

The property has central heating throughout and an electric fire the conservatory.
