ACCESS: From the driveway there are five steps up to the front door. On the ground floor there is a large hallway and a lovely open plan living room/dining room and kitchen. From the hallway there are 2 steps up which lead to 1 double bedroom with estuary views, a bathroom with separate shower, WC and basin and 1 twin bedroom.
FIRST FLOOR: 14 steps take you up to the first floor where there is a master super-king bedroom with 2 steps up into a bathroom with WC and basin. There is also doors leading out up one step onto a decked balcony with fabulous views of the estuary. Also on this floor is a shower room with basin and WC and a twin bedroom which also has doors and 1 step up onto the same decked balcony.
OUTSIDE: From the kitchen there is a back door leading out over 1 step onto the back path. From here there are 2 steps up onto a walkway with 1 further step up onto the lawn. There is a patio area with table and chairs. From the back path there is 1 step down to the side of the house where there is a gate leading 1 step down onto the drive. There is also 1 step up onto a sheltered BBQ area with a further 3 steps up to a large storage shed.
