ACCESS: From the road there is a steep drive way leading to the house and access is then gained through a side door with 3 steps up into the porch.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside, on the ground floor is a cloakroom with WC and washbasin, a double bedroom, a kitchen/diner and a lounge area with French doors leading into a conservatory.
FIRST FLOOR: 14 stairs then take you up to the first floor with a twin bedroom, a double, a small double, the family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC and a double bedroom with en-suite bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE: From the ground floor there is 1 step down into the back garden from the kitchen and 1 step down into the the garden through a sliding door from the conservative.
In the front garden there are 5 steps up to front paved area and 4 steps down onto a grassed area – please take care with children as the wall drops at the bottom of garden.
There is then 1 step down, around to the back gate and back garden with 3 steps up to a lawned area with garden furniture.
