ACCESS: There is a driveway at the front of the property with parking for up to 3 cars. From here there is 1 step onto the front lawn and 2 steps up inside the front door.
INSIDE: The property is then all on one level and comprises of a downstairs WC with basin, living/dining room and large kitchen/breakfast room. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 of the double bedrooms does have limited space around the bed (both beds are 4ft 6” 1), 1 twin room (3ft beds) with ensuite shower, WC and basin and a separate bathroom with bath/shower above, WC and basin.
OUTSIDE:There is a lovely, enclosed garden and access is gained via a door leading out from the kitchen, down 2 steps onto a patio with table and chairs and then 1 step down onto the lawn.
