ACCESS: From the pavement at the front of the house there are 11 steps to the front of the house and an additional 4 steps up and into the porch area. 1 additional step takes you from the porch into the hallway. Alternatively, after the first 11 steps, there is a pathway to the side door and then 1 step over the doorway into the kitchen.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the ground floor is all on one level with the exception of 1 step between the dining room and kitchen, the ground floor consists of 2 double rooms, 1 with an en-suite, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with zip and link beds a family bathroom, dining room and kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 stairs then take you from the dining room to the lounge with one step up and over the patio doors onto the balcony.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: Back downstairs, 1 step over and then down takes you from the dining room to the patio area with its table and chairs and a couple of sunloungers. From the patio area there are then 4 steps up to the parking area.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout and the boiler is located in the boiler cupboard opposite the kitchen. Heating can be controlled via the control panel next to the boiler. There is also an electric fire in the living room.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: There is a high chair kept under the stairs.

Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month, the router is in the living room by the TV.
