Open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with a TV and DVD player in the lounge and an electric oven and gas hob and a large fridge and standard freezer in the kitchen area, there is also a utility area with a separate WC and washbasin and a twin and a double bedroom and the family bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC.

First Floor

A master double bedroom with a balcony with lovely views across the estuary and a bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC.

Parking

There is ample parking at the property.

Linen and Towels

Linen and towels are provided.
Linen is changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival time is from 4pm
Departure time is by 10am
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival

Babies and Children

You are able to hire cots and highchairs from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.

There is central heating throughout and a wood burner in the living room (please bring own logs).

WIFI & Broadband is available.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.  Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month.
