Ground Floor
Sitting room with 40″ Smart TV, kitchen/diner with an electric oven with an induction hob and a fridge freezer (2/3 fridge 1/3 freezer) with a back door leading to the patio. A bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.

First Floor
A family bathroom with an overhead shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom.

Second floor
Master bedroom with estuary views and an en suite bath, shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (5ft bed)

Outside
Enclosed patio with table and chairs. 

Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 16:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

Babies & Children
Babies under 12 months and children are very welcome at 8 New Street.

Accessibility

ACCESS: From the main street there are 4 steps + 1 step over the doorway into the property.

GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor is the lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. One step through the back door, and 7 steps up leads up to the patio area seating, one further step to additional seating and two more steps to reach the garden shed.

FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps will take you up to the first floor, directly in front of you, over a small step is the family bathroom (with shower, basin and wc) . To the left of the stairs is  4 steps up to the twin and double bedroom.

SECOND FLOOR: Another 13 stairs to the second floor attic room. On this floor is the master bedroom with en suite  (with bath, shower, basin and wc) with seating in front of the window with views of the estuary.
