Enter into the hallway, and from here there is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a double bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.  The lounge has a 40″ TV and DVD player and in the kitchen is an electric oven and hob and a standard size fridge and separate standard size freezer.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed) with a 32″ TV and an en-suite  shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)

Outside

Outside patio with table and chairs, communal garden.

Parking

There is an allocated parking space.

Linen and Towels

Linen and towels are included, linen changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.
(all duvets and pillows are synthetic)

Arrival and Departure

Arrival time is from 3pm
Departure time is by 10am
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival

Babies / Children

There is a travel cot and a highchair in the property.
You are able to hire cots and highchairs from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.
