ACCESS: Access is gained from the road where there is a paved alley which leads down some steps and through a gate to Blair House.
GROUND FLOOR: There are 4 steps up to the front door then 1 step over the door frame into the property with the kitchen to the right and lounge on the left.
FIRST FLOOR: There are 16 steps leading to a small landing area, with a further 3 steps, leading up to the first floor. Here there is a twin bedroom, family bathroom, double bedroom, and master bedroom with an en-suite.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR: There are 12 steps down to the basement area where there is a utility room straight ahead and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room to the right.
