ACCESS: From the parking area, there is a path with 3 steps and 1 large step through the front door into the house. Once inside the lounge, kitchen and dining areas are all on one level with a small step over the patio doors in the lounge out onto the balcony.
FIRST FLOOR: Leading from the kitchen there is 1 step down to a small hall leading to a bathroom with WC and washbasin and down an additional 2 steps to a double bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
GROUND FLOOR: Back to the entrance hall there are 14 stairs taking you to the ground floor with 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms. There is a patio door with one step over the threshold, from one of the doubles leading out onto the garden. The second double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC and there is also a family bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE: Heading back to the outside of the house there is parking available and also a path around each side of the house taking you to the garden, one way round has 3 steps, a pathway then 5 steps down and another small pathway followed by an additional 7 steps down. The other way around the house takes you from the parking area down 12 steps to the garden. Once you are in the garden, there is one small step off the paved area onto the lawn and also 5 steps up from the lawn to the raised patio area.
