ACCESS: Access is gained from the driveway outside the property all on one level, then from the side garden there are 2 steps up to the front door and into the porch area and then another step into the house.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the property there is an open-plan kitchen / diner / snug, all on one level. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on this floor all with a small step into each. The 3 bedrooms comprise of 1 twin room 3ft beds, 1 5ft double and 1 single 3ft bed.
Main bathroom comprises of a shower, WC and washbasin.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 Steps up to the first floor where there is a large open lounge with 1 step onto the balcony, care to be taken with children on the balcony – gap under the metal railings. 1 Super king bedroom 6ft, en-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and washbasin, all on one level.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the kitchen/dining room there is a small step leading from the back door to the patio and garden. There are 2 steps from the patio area to the garden area.
ANNEXE: From the parking area, access is up the path and then up and over the french doors into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is all on one level, 1 step down takes you to the double bedroom, again on one level, with an en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.

A kitchen/dining room with an electric cooker with a gas hob, a fridge/freezer (2/3 fridge / 1/3 freezer) and a wood burner by the dining area. A snug area with sofa, TV with SKY TV and a DVD player as well as a large selection of DVD’s, there is underfloor heating in the snug.
There are also 3 bedrooms, 1 single, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and a family shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A twin bedroom (2 x 3ft beds)
Bedroom 2: A king size double bedroom (5ft bed) Bed can be made into singles, please request at time of booking.
Bedroom 3: A single bedroom (3ft bed)
Large lounge with distant sea views, 50″ flat screen TV with SKY TV, doors from the lounge lead onto a balcony with countryside and distant sea views, there is a also a double bedroom with en-suite.
Bedroom 4: A super king double bedroom (6ft bed) with en-suite bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
The annexe is a separate building across the driveway from the main house and has an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with a TV with SKY TV, an electric cooker and hob and a fridge with freezer compartment, there is also a double bedroom with en-suite.
Bedroom 5: A super king double bedroom (6ft bed) with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC
There is a large enclosed lawned garden with large patio area which is partially covered, with a large table and chairs under the covered patio area, there is also a wicker seating area overlooking the lawn,
Separate lawned area to the side of the property joining the front door to the annexe, this is not enclosed.
In the main garden there is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer and sink.
At the front of the house just off the parking area is an outside heated shower.Parking
The property benefits from ample parking for several cars directly outside the house.Linen and Towels
This property provides linen and towels (synthetic pillows and duvets in all rooms).
Linen is changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.
