Separate children’s TV/games room with large selection of DVD’s,  TV with Netflix and Sky Ultra HD. Underfloor heating in TV room.
Separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer and sink.

First Floor

Annex

Access via its own door across the driveway.  Open plan kitchen / lounge with oven, hob, fridge freezer and washer/dryer.  Small table seating 2 and sofa.
Bedroom 5: Super-king (6ft zip link bed can be made into twin) with en-suite, overhead shower, washbasin and WC.

Outside

Long driveway leading through a 5 bar gate to the ample parking area.  Outside heated shower.
Through a gate into the large enclosed lawned garden with large patio area which is partially covered leading into the kitchen / diner.  Wicker seating area overlooking the lawn, large table and chairs under the covered patio area.  Charcoal BBQ.
Separate garden to the side of the property joining the front door to the annex.

This property provides linen and towels (synthetic pillows and duvets in all rooms).
Linen changed weekly.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival time is from 3pm
Departure time is by 10am
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.

Babies and Children

You are able to hire cots and highchairs from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.
