ACCESS: Access is gained from the driveway outside the property all on one level, from the side garden there are 3 steps up to the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the property there is an open-plan kitchen / diner / snug, all on one level. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on this floor all with a small step into each. The 3 bedrooms comprise of 1 twin room 3ft beds, 1 zip-link 5ft double can be made twin, 1 single 3ft bed.
Main bathroom comprises of Overhead shower, WC and washbasin.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 Steps up to the first floor where there is a large open lounge with 1 step onto the balcony, care to be taken with children on the balcony – gap under the metal railings. 1 Super king bedroom 6ft, en-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and washbasin, all on one level.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the dining room there is a small step leading from the back door to the patio and garden. There are 3 steps from the patio area to the garden area.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout. This can be controlled by a portable Wifi thermostat, the boiler is located in the cupboard in the downstairs double bedroom.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: All equipment needed can be hired.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update,
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month. The router is in the cupboard in the downstairs double bedroom.
The nearest payphone is outside the surf shop or post office/store in Trevone. The nearest bus stop is at the top of Trevone in Windmill.

This property provides linen and towels (synthetic pillows and duvets in all rooms).
Linen changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Departure time is by 10am
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
You are able to hire cots and highchairs from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.
