So whether you spend your time relaxing in the beautifully renovated building that balances original features such as the exposed timber beams, with contemporary style, stepping out on the patio to gaze over the town’s rooftops, or tracing the original inhabitants’ steps with a stroll up to Prideaux Place, let your holiday memories weave into the fabric of Padstow, at Butlers.
ACCESS: Access is gained from the front drive, there are 2 steps up and 1 over the doorway into the house.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside, the ground floor is all on one level with a lounge/dining room, kitchen and separate WC.
FIRST FLOOR: From the lounge their are 14 stairs (slightly curved stairway) to the first floor with 2 twin bedrooms (both with sloping ceilings), one of the twins has an en-suite shower, washbasin and WC, the main family bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC. There are the 2 stairs down to the double bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: Back downstairs, from the kitchen there is 1 large down into the back patio area with a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer opposite (1 large step up into this room as well). There is also access around the side of the house to the front side gate. 6 steps up from here take you to the lower level patio area and an additional 2 steps up to the top patio. Please take care with children as there are no vertical poles on the patio step handrail.
