Standing proud in the heart of Padstow’s old town, the brilliant white walls and teal-framed windows of this former chapel are certainly striking. And through the wooden front door it only gets better.
Light, bright and modern décor, leather sofas, a stylish log burner and a high-spec kitchen, this property’s ample first-floor living space gives kids room to play while you kick back for some holiday downtime. Curl up in the window seat and admire distant estuary views, gather for a family feast around the 12-seater dining table, or slope off for a soak by candlelight in your ensuite’s roll top bath. It doesn’t get any better.
Ground Floor
Entrance hall leading to a TV room with sofa-bed, SMART TV and a small kitchen area with gas hob, electric oven, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a cloak room, a utility-room with a washing machine and tumble-dryer and a separate bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (6ft bed) with an en-suite bathroom with a bath with a handheld shower attachment, a separate shower, WC and wash-basin.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (2 singles, 3ft each) with an en-suite bathroom with a bath with a handheld shower attachment, washbasin and WC.
First Floor
From the landing there are 4 bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (6ft bed) en-suite bathroom with a bath with a handheld shower attachment, a separate shower, WC and wash-basin
Bedroom 4: A bunk-bedroom (3ft beds) and a single bed (3ft).

Parking
Parking for up to 3 cars in front of the property.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 17:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

There are two highchairs.

Rear/side entrance door leading to the side of the property.
FIRST FLOOR: 15 stairs leading to first floor. Two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom with bath with a shower attachment, washbasin and WC, two family bedrooms each with a set of bunk beds and a single bed and a family bathroom with bath with a shower attachment, washbasin and WC.
SECOND FLOOR: 11 stairs leading to small mid landing then a further 4 stairs leading to second floor open plan living room, kitchen and dining area.
