ACCESS: From the parking area there are 2 steps up and in through the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: once inside it is all on one level with a twin bedroom, a family bathroom with a bath with a shower above, WC and washbasin and a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC. From the double there is 1 step down through the French doors onto the enclosed garden/patio.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 stairs take you up to the first floor with its open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with a wood burner and a Juliet balcony, also on this floor is a double bedroom with en-suite WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the double bedroom there is 1 step down through the French doors onto the enclosed garden/patio.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout and there is a thermostat on the wall in the living room. The boiler is located in the cupboard in the hallway and there is a log burner in the living room.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: No cots or highchairs are provided but can be hired.

Bedroom 2: A twin bedoom (3ft beds)
An open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, the lounge has a TV and the kitchen has an electric oven with gas hob and a standard size fridge and freezer and a double room with en-suite WC.
