OUTSIDE: As you enter Sarah’s view there is a parking area with one space for Cider Cottage. From here, cross the road and there is a pathway up to the front door with 4 steps along this. There are also 2 steps down from the left of the front door down to the patio area.
GROUND FLOOR: One step over the door frame takes you into an entrance hall which leads through to the kitchen and the lounge/dining area.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you upstairs where there is a double bedroom (4ft 6” bed) a twin bedroom (3ft beds) and a bathroom with bath and separate shower and WC.

NEW FOR 2020......Open up the window to hear the sounds of the creek trickling past the back of the garden, set the woodburner roaring and cosy down for the evening with a glass of red or pack up the car for a fun filled day at a nearby beach. Samphire is a home from home awaiting to welcome you.
