Cider Cottage is an elegant, beach-style property, in this popular area of Padstow, Waking up in the bright bedroom with stunning views of the estuary cannot fail to lift the spirits. The house has a relaxed style with natural stone flooring and stylish co ordinated coastal furnishings throughout. Comfortable sofas with a large smart tv and feature fireplace making this an all year destination. Bathroom with freestanding bath and large walk in shower, hotel quality bedding and towels add to the experience. The Camel Trail for the walkers, the harbour restaurants and bars for the discerning, the beach for the kids and the dog are all what makes this place so special The enclosed cottage garden with BBQ and seating area is an abundance of flowers in the summer.

First Floor
1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with free-standing bath and separate shower above, WC and washbasin.

Parking
Parking for 2 cars available.
There is an allocated parking space near this property and lockable garage unit.
The 2nd parking space is just a short walk from the property further down Sarah’s view road.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available at Cider Cottage (please bring your own linen).

OUTSIDE: As you enter Sarah’s view there is a parking area with one space for Cider Cottage. From here, cross the road and there is a pathway up to the front door with 4 steps along this. There are also 2 steps down from the left of the front door down to the patio area.
GROUND FLOOR: One step over the door frame takes you into an entrance hall which leads through to the kitchen and the lounge/dining area.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you upstairs where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom.

“We had the most amazing time at Cider Cottage. It was everything we hoped it would be. Immaculately clean and we had everything we needed for the whole week including deck chairs that we weren't expecting as we took our own all the way from home. The weather was obviously brilliant and we actually BBQ'd most evenings at the cottage as the kids were totally exhausted from the beach Every day. So nice to be able to park outside and put the wetsuits etc in the garage so thanks for that. See you next year .”
