ACCESS: From the pavement outside there is 2 steps up inside through the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside is the kitchen/diner. From here there is a sliding door leading through to the lounge with another dining area. There is also a downstairs WC with shower, basin and two heated towel rails.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps up a wooden staircase (which is open so care must be taken with children) take you up to the first floor where there is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms plus one tiny step up into a large family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the living area there are doors leading out to the garden with 3 steps up onto the lawn and 1 step up onto a lovely patio area with table and chairs.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout and the boiler is located in the cupboard next to the upstairs bathroom. There is a thermostat on the wall in the lounge. There is also a wood burner in the living room (please bring your own logs for the fire).
BABIES EQUIPMENT: None is provided but can be hired.
The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Station Road next to the Council carpark.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month.
