ACCESS: The entrance to the property is through a side gate with 3 steps down into the courtyard, from here there is then 1 step up and into the property.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside, on the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge and a separate WC.
FIRST FLOOR: Back inside, there are 14 steps to the first floor with a twin bedroom with en-suite shower with WC and a master bedroom with en=-suite bathroom with bath with shower above, WC and washbasin.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the lounge area, there is 1 step down through the French doors into an outside enclosed area with garden furniture.
There are also 2 parking spaces numbered 11.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout, which can be turned up or down by the radiators. The boiler is located in the kitchen cupboard.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: No equipment is supplied but can be hired.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
