ACCESS: Access is gained straight from Church Lane.
GROUND FLOOR: One step up through a low door (watch your head!) and one step down into the open plan living/dining area with slate floors throughout.
FIRST FLOOR: 10 steps take you up the narrow wooden staircase (with rope handrail) to the first floor where there is a twin room ( 3’ beds ) (can be made into a double) and another 4 steps up from here take you up into the bathroom with bath, separate shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin. 9 further steps up take you up to the second floor and a double bedroom 4’ 6” bed (the top of the stairs are open with a rope handrail).
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the kitchen there is one step up out to the enclosed, level courtyard area with table and chairs and access to the shed which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

From this date Cornwall Council will not be offering parking permits so parking passes will not be included with your booking, information on parking in Padstow will now be sent to you with your pre-arrival details sent 5 days before your arrival or please click here for further details.

Care must be taken with young children as the stairs are very steep and narrow, also care must be taken in the master bedroom on the second floor as there is no door to the bedroom and there is a rope banister.
