Situated directly on the Saint’s Way and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town life, this delightful cottage is where you need to be to enjoy the best of country life whilst only being a short drive to Padstow and its surrounding beaches.
Ground Floor
Open plan lounge / diner with 40" TV.
Separate kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer / dryer.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5ft), wardrobe and dressing table
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom (2 x 3ft), wardrobe and patio doors leading to balcony with views of the Creek.
Family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and washbasin.
Outside
To the side of the house is an enclosed decked garden with table and chairs.

Parking
There are two parking spaces for Creek Cottage directly next to the property.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 15:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Heating
Creek Cottage is heated via electric radiators.

WIFI & Broadband is available.

ACCESS: The property is accessed from the Saint’s Way through the gate with 1 step over the front door into the property.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge / diner and a separate kitchen all on one level.
FIRST FLOOR: Go up 13 steps to the first floor where there is 1 x double bedroom, 1 x twin bedroom with one step over to balcony and family bathroom. All on one level.
OUTSIDE: The garden and parking is all on one level.
