ACCESS: As you approach Dawn on the drive is a ‘mod box’ and parking. To get to the property are 4 steps up to the path and the garden. Your access into the house is to the right and up 1 step into the porch and a further 1 step up to the ground floor.
GROUND FLOOR: On this floor is the Lounge with countryside views and flat screen TV, double(5ft ) bedroom, bunk bedroom (3ft beds) Guest suite with double bed (5’ bed) with en-suite shower room (double shower & WC) double patio doors lead 1 step over the door frame and 1 steps down onto to the large terrace with coastal and country views, to get to the garden are 5 steps down from this terrace. From first double bedroom there are patio doors with 1 step over the door frame, to the left there are 3 steps down to the path. Kitchen/diner with flat screen TV.
FIRST FLOOR: 16 steps with take you up to the first floor on this floor is the Master suite with double bed (5ft) with en-suite double shower, washhand basin & WC also feature separate seating area with leather seats and flat screen TV and coastal views. Outside is a large enclosed garden with two terraces and a outside cold shower.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the kitchen is the back door with 1 step over the frame and 3 steps down onto the back patio and a further 2 steps down onto the garden.
