ACCESS: The parking space is located in the Lobster Hatchery & Lawns car park. A parking pass is located within the property on arrival. Please note spaces are not guaranteed. There are three steps up to the front door of the apartment and one step into the building.
THE APARTMENT: There are 13 steps up to the first apartments then a further 13 up to Daymer. Inside, the apartment is all one level with one double room and a kingsize bedroom. There is a shower room with WC and basin. There is also an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge.
OUTSIDE: There is an outdoor communal area which is shared by all apartments which has a slate floor and outdoor seating.
HEATING: The house has underfloor heating with a thermostat in each room.
NB: The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Station Road next to the Council carpark.

Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month

A parking permit for use in one of the 2 council car parks is included with your booking, this is for one car only and details of this will be sent with your directions.
From 01 April 2020
From this date Cornwall Council will not be offering parking permits so parking passes will not be included with your booking, information on parking in Padstow will now be sent to you with your pre-arrival details sent 5 days before your arrival or please click here for further details.
Linen and towels are provided, linen changed weekly.
