ACCESS: Access to the property is gained from the parking area a short walk uphill to a path which leads up the path to one step and front door threshold
INSIDE: The apartment is all on one level comprising of an open plan kitchen/diner, lounge area. The en-suite bedroom is accessed from the lounge area. En-suite comprising of wc, hand basin, one step up and down into shower.
OUTSIDE: Access to the outside is via patio doors in lounge area over door threshold and down one step to patio area then to grassed area.
