ACCESS: From the drive outside the property there is a gate leading to a sloping lawn and path with a total of 14 steps with handrail leading down to the back door where there is 1 step up over the door frame inside. There is also another entrance straight from the road and down 11 steps with handrail to the main front door.
GROUND FLOOR: 1 step over the door frame takes you inside into an entrance hall with cloak area and WC. On the ground floor there is also a lounge/dining room and kitchen with a sun room off the lounge leading through a door with one step down to the garden.
FIRST FLOOR: 6 steps take you up to the first floor where there is 1 double bedroom (4.6ft) with king size duvet, 1 x twin bedroom (3ft) and a separate bathroom with bath and electric shower.
SECOND FLOOR: A further 7 steps take you up to the second floor and another double bedroom (4.6ft) with king size duvet and a balcony with table and chairs and 1 sun-lounger.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: On the ground floor there is also a lounge/dining room and kitchen with a sun room off the lounge leading through a door with one step down to the garden.
