This three-storey property gifts you with sea views from almost every room – ideal for tide checkers, weather watchers and shoreside amblers alike. Once you’ve made the most of the coast on your doorstep, why not tuck into a feast in the spacious living area, then let the evening spill out onto the wide balcony as you watch the evening sky draw in? This is what holidays are made of.
Ground Floor
Entrance hall leading to the kitchen with an electric range oven with gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and built in fridge/freezer (2/3 fridge, 1/3 freezer). An open-plan lounge/dining room with TV and DVD player.
First Floor
Two twin bedrooms, both with sea views, a double bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC and a family bathroom with a bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (4ft 6″ bed) with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
Second Floor
A master double bedroom with velux windows with sea views and a bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 4: A double bedroom (5ft bed)
Outside
A rear garden with a patio with table and chairs and a lawned area.
Parking
Parking for up to 3 cars.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
The property has a travel cot (please provide your own linen), highchair and stairgate.

Heating
The property has central heating throughout and there is a gas fire in the living room.
WIFI
WIFI & Broadband is available.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained from the front of the property there is parking for 2-3 cars and then 2 steps up and 1 over into the entrance hall.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside, the main entrance hall, kitchen and lounge/diner are all on one level.
From the entrance hall there are 2 steps down into the utility room with and a separate WC.
From the lounge there is a patio door with one step up and over doorway onto this, on here is a patio table and 6 chairs.
There is also a separate door with one step over and then 10 steps down to the lawned, enclosed garden.
FIRST FLOOR: 15 stairs from the entrance hall, will take you to the first floor with 2 twin bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite shower, and a family bathroom.
SECOND FLOOR: Another 14 stairs will take you to the second floor with a master double bedroom and a bathroom.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the lounge there is a separate door with one step over and then 10 steps down to the lawned, enclosed garden.
