ACCESS: Access is gained straight from Church Street and up 3 small steps into the property.
GROUND FLOOR:On the ground floor there is a dining room, sitting room and 2 steps down into the kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR: 10 steps up a narrow, spiral, wooden staircase takes you up to the first floor and the main double bedroom (with 2x 3ft single beds pushed together and single duvets) with an en-suite shower room with W.C. and basin, a twin room with single beds (1 x 3ft with a second 3ft truckle bed)- only one bed made up, plus a bathroom with bath, basin and W.C.
SECOND FLOOR: A further 11 steps up a carpeted spiral staircase take you up to the attic bedroom which also has 2 single beds (3ft beds).
OUTSIDE: From the sitting room there is a door that leads out down 1 step onto a slate patio area. 6 steps down from here take you to another patio area with table and chairs and a lawn (there is one step down from the patio onto a path that runs down the side of the lawn).
HEATING: The property has night storage heaters which can be controlled by the thermostats on the heaters.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.

Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month, the router is in the living room.
