ACCESS: Access is gained from the driveway and up 2 steps takes you through the front door into Driftwood.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the property on the ground floor is the lounge, a shower room with shower, basin and WC, kingsize bedroom, and kitchen with a back door leading 1 step down into the back garden. There is also a door out to the garden with one step down into the yard plus a play room and wet room with walk in shower, WC and basin.
FIRST FLOOR: 14 steps takes you up to the 1 super kingsize bedroom, 1 twin bedrooms one with a basin, single bedroom with very distant sea views and bathroom with bath, basin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: There is a large lawned area at the front of the property with a long drive for cars. From the kitchen back door there is 1 step leading down into the back garden.
There is also a rear garden with grassed area and patio area with garden furniture. The nearest payphone, bus stop and shop are at Constantine Bay stores.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout and there is a thermostat in the hallway. The heating can also be controlled via the thermostats on the radiators by turning them up and down. There is also a wood burner in the living room (please bring your own logs for the fire).
BABIES EQUIPMENT: There is a travel cot kept in the twin bedroom wardrobe. No highchairs are supplied but can be hired.
