The morning sun streaming through the window, hot coffee brewing in the kitchen, local bakery bread on the side ready to be toasted and buttered. Like the sound of this? Then Porthilly is the corner of Padstow you need to book for your ideal Cornish get away. If only every day could start the Porthilly way.
Pottering down to the South Quay, spearing a portion of Stein’s fish & chips with your wooden fork, or if you can wait that long, heading back and unwrapping paper around the large dining table. Serve with salt, vinegar, laughter, and a splash of chilled Camel Valley white (what else?). Life at Sandbanks tastes good…
Peels of laughter ring out across the stretching lawn. Sunlight pours through kitchen skylights over lazy lunches around the table. Bare feet meet cool stone flooring while picnics are prepped on the breakfast bar. Holiday a cut above at The Lookout.
