ACCESS: You reach Estuary View via a gently sloping drive way with ample parking.
INSIDE: 4 steps and 1 step over the door frame take you into the property. There is an open plan kitchen/diner, lounge with french doors leading 1 step down to a patio and garden area, separate shower room with basin & WC, two twin bedrooms, master bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with bath with shower above, WC & basin.
OUTSIDE: From the hallway there is also access onto the patio and garden via 1 step down out a back door. The patio area has table and chairs with 8 steps up onto the lawned area. There is a raised and sloping area in the garden so care must be taken with children. From the patio there is a path that takes you round the back of the property to the outside shower. The path follows the house round via 1 step down and then out through a back gate on to the drive.
