Set in the beautiful hamlet of Towan on the edge of Constantine Bay, Fins enables you to create those heart-warming holiday memories.
Fins has a large, spacious garden so the kids can burn off energy, a lovely decked area so you can sit back after a long day exploring the stunning region with a cold drink, and an overall lovely family feel to the property. You have the options of a short drive to one of the 7 Bays, a visit to the nineteenth hole at Trevose Golf Course, or take a trip into neighbouring Padstow. The choice is yours!
InsideKitchen with electric oven and electric hob, fridge (2/3) and freezer (1/3), dishwasher and microwave. Dining room with seating for 6. Lounge area with seating, log burner, 48″ Smart TV & Sonos speaker.
Games room with pool table.
Utility room with washer/dryer, sink, cleaning facilities.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4.5ft) with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

There is underfloor heating throughout and log burner in the lounge.

Shared Access
Please note that access is gained to Fins via a shared entrance with Towan Meadow. Guests will have to drive or walk around the side of Towan Meadow as Fins sits behind this property. Please call Harbour Holidays if further clarification is required.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained from the main street through gates.
Access is also required this way to the neighbouring property Towan Meadow which is the property in front of Fins. (please see finer points for more details on this).
A flat driveway/walkway goes around the side of Towan Meadow to Fins and the parking area is all one level.
INSIDE: Once inside the property is all on one level.
OUTSIDE: From the kitchen, dining room & lounge, access can be gained to the garden & decking area. Garden is on 2 levels, 3 large steps down from decked area to lawn in centre, to the left 2 steps take you down and to the right 2 steps also take you down. From the games room, one step takes you outside the front of the house through the double patio doors.
There is a patio courtyard accessed via the utility room, 1 small step takes you over the door frame.
