Whether you’re planning your day in the front courtyard garden or telling evening tales by the fireside, this pretty cottage is packed with character and stacks of features. You won’t want to leave.
ACCESS: Access is gained straight from Fore Street with 2 steps up from the street in to the courtyard and then 1 step up over the door step in to the property.
GROUND FLOOR: Once you are inside the property, the kitchen diner and lounge are all on the ground floor.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 narrow steep steps will take you up to the first floor, with the family bathroom at the top of the stairs and one double bedroom to the left.
SECOND FLOOR: 10 narrow steep steps will take you up to the second floor, with a double bedroom to the left of the stairs and the single bedroom to the right. There is also a bathroom on this floor with a WC and washbasin.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the doorway there is 1 step down on to the courtyard. There is also another 1 step up on to the seated area with the BBQ. From the courtyard another 2 steps will take you out on to Fore Street.
HEATING: Via night storage heaters, there is also a wood burner in the living room. (please bring your own logs for the fire)
