ACCESS: You reach Goonhaven via a gently sloping drive way with ample parking. There is a seating bench and separate smaller bench on the driveway overlooking a small lawn area.
INSIDE: 3 steps and 1 step over the door frame take you into the property. On entry into the porch area, there is 1 small step into an open plan dining and lounge area. The main property is then all on one level with access to the kitchen, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and family bathroom with separate WC room.
OUTSIDE: From the kitchen there is access out to the garden via the back door with 2 steps down and a further 2 steps which takes you to a pathway around the side of the house. There are 6 steps up to the lawned area, then 16 paved slabs sloping upwards to the top of the garden and The Hut. 2 steps takes you up and inside The Hut which is all on one level.
If you wanted to access the garden from the driveway, there is flat access round the side of the house.

The Hut
There is an annexe at Goonhaven which sleeps an additional 2 people, called The Hut.
This is made up of the following:
2 steps from the garden lead up into The Hut. The Hut is all on one level, with a kitchenette with sink and coffee/tea making facilities. There is a small fridge, dining table for 2, TV, 5ft double bed and wardrobe.
There is a separate shower room with WC, and washbasin.
When making a booking, please select the annexe option and add this on when confirming.
Please note that if you do not book the annexe, this will not be let to anyone else, it will just be locked.
