If you fancy a day at home, watch the kids hit the surf from your armchair in the conservatory or cosy up with a book in the study. However, if the Cornish air is calling cut along your private pathway across cliffs to the coastpath, or hop in the car and head out – without moments you’re in the wilds of North Cornwall. ACCESS: Access is gained from the parking area there is a gate through to a footpath and a total of 2 steps down to the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: 1 step over the door frame takes you inside to the hallway with doors leading off to the study and living room, kitchen, shower room and utility room.
FIRST FLOOR: From the hallway, 13 steps take you up to the first floor where there are 2 twin bedrooms, a master double room with en-suite bath with shower overhead, washbasin and WC and a second double bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC. Both double bedrooms and one twin bedroom have one step over a doorway onto a balcony.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the lounge area, there is a patio door with one step over the door leading to the higher patio, 4 steps down to the lower patio and an additional 4 steps down to the lawn. Walking around the side of the house from the front door, there is one step to the front patio and 4 steps from the patio down to the front lawn. There is also one step over each doorway into the wetroom and storage area.

The telephone allows UK outgoing calls free of charge, honesty box for calls to mobile.
Ipods / MP3 players can be connected to the HiFi through a USB cable – please bring your own cable.
The inventory deposit for Gull Cottage is £500.
