In the heart of Padstow's old town and restored to the highest standards, Hafryn offers quality and style in abundance. This impressive property has everything you could possibly need for a memorable Cornish stay, from lounging in the garden with a glass of wine whilst the sausages sizzle away on the BBQ, to wandering down the road to enjoy cocktail's and quality dining at one of Padstow's many tasting room's and eateries.

With three lounges, four bedrooms and three bathroom’s, Hafyrn offers large living areas and lots of space for the whole family to enjoy.  From grandparents having some quiet time in the lounge with a good book, mum and dad enjoying some much needed time out in the garden whilst the kids wind down on the large sofas to watch their favourite program’s after a fun filled day at the beach.

Ground Floor
Lounge with seating, SMART TV with Netflix and Disney+, gas log burner effect fire and patio doors to decking.  Kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso Vertuo Plus coffee machine, a separate cupboard with a large 3/4 fridge 1/4 freezer.  Dining room with wine cooler, further smaller lounge with seating and a separate WC.

First Floor
Two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1:  King-size bed (5ft)
Bedroom 2: King-size bed (5ft) with en-suite shower room, WC and wash basin
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3ft)

Second Floor
Lounge with seating and SMART TV with Netflix and Disney+, twin bedroom and shower room with WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 4:  Twin beds (3ft)

Outside
There is a decking area with seating and steps down to a courtyard with sun loungers and charcoal BBQ.

Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 16:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

There is central heating throughout and a gas fire in the lounge.

Accessibility

ACCESS: From the front door there is 1 step over to the porch.

GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a small lip into each room.  At the front of the house is the dining room, a small lounge area and a WC.  Towards the back of the house is the kitchen and a large lounge area with patio doors to the decking.

FIRST FLOOR: From the hallway there are 13 steps up to the first floor.  In the family bathroom there is 1 step up from the WC to the bath.  1 Step up to the utility room.  From bedroom 2 there is 1 step up to the en-suite.  Bedroom 1 and 3 are level.

SECOND FLOOR: From the first floor there are 13 steps up to the second floor.  On this floor there is a further lounge area, a twin bedroom and a shower room all level.

OUTSIDE:  From the kitchen there is 1 ledge over and 1 step down to the decking area.  From the lounge there is 1 step down to the decking.  From the decking there are 8 steps down to the courtyard area.
