Hidden away from the main street in the old part of town, this property puts a modern twist on its original features. So whether you’re washing Cornish new potatoes in the deep basin sink, or polishing off a bottle of red around the table under wooden beams, every inch of Honey Cottage builds a sense of true coastal character.
ACCESS: 3 steps up take you up into the cottage and into the lounge area with log burner.
GROUND FLOOR: 4 steps from the lounge take you up into the kitchen/dining area where there are double doors out to a tiny pebbled yard area where the bins are stored.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps up take you to the first floor with double bedroom and twin bedroom.
SECOND FLOOR: Another 4 steps take you up to the second floor where there is a single bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower above, WC and basin.
OUTSIDE: From the kitchen you can access the small courtyard garden out the back.
