There is an allocated parking space just outside the property.
From here there is one step up onto the pavement followed by eight steps up to the front door.
One step over the door frame takes you inside and into the living room. There is then a hallway leading to a dining room and then two steps up to a fully fitted kitchen, cloakroom, downstairs WC and a utility room. Back door with one step over threshold and one step down, can be used for unloading at the rear if required.
13 steps take you up to the first floor and a bathroom with bath, shower above and WC, 1 double with en-suite shower room with shower and WC plus 2 double bedrooms. At the front of the property there is a patio area with seating.
The nearest payphone is on Trelawney Road in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Staion Road next to the Council carpark.
