Whether you’re heading out to the nearby beach, taking a stroll along the nearby footpath to Padstow or settling for a breather in the stunning garden while the kids burn off some energy on the lawn, Little Gambia is the perfect base for your Cornish holiday.
The tranquil, mature gardens are an absolute showstopper, at Little Gambia you have your own little Eden Project all to yourself. Away from all the hustle and bustle of Padstow town but just a short drive or a picturesque walk across the countryside takes you right there for a spot of crabbing on the harbour and an afternoon cream tea before heading back to get those sausages sizzling on the BBQ.
Ground Floor
Lounge with seating, 44″ TV and DVD player.
Kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge (2/3) and freezer (1/3), dishwasher, microwave and cafetiere. Dining room table and chairs to seat 6.
Utility room with washing machine and separate WC.
Conservatory overlooking the back garden with seating.
First Floor
One double bedroom with en-suite, one double/twin bedroom, one bunk bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: King size bed (5ft) with built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: Super king bed (6ft) or twin beds (3ft) with built in wardrobes. Please specify bed configuration on booking.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (3ft).
Outside
The property has a delightful, large garden to the front, back and sides. Patio area with table and seating, and a large lawn with mature shrubs and flowers.
Parking
There is ample parking at the property.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

A public footpath to Padstow is nearby across fields with views over the Camel Estuary exiting on Sarah’s Lane (next to Tesco). This route involves several stiles and kissing gates.

Accessibility
ACCESS: From the gravel parking area at the front of the house, 1 step up into the porch.
INSIDE: From the porch you go through to the hallway, lounge, kitchen and dining room which are all on one level. From the lounge and the utility room there is one step over to the conservatory.
From the hallway there is 12 steps up to the first floor, from here all rooms are on one level.
OUTSIDE: From the conservatory and the utility room there is 1 step down to the patio area and then a further 2 steps down to the lawn. The garden is also accessed via the side of the house.
