The tranquil, mature gardens are an absolute showstopper, at Little Gambia you have your own little Eden Project all to yourself. Away from all the hustle and bustle of Padstow town but just a short drive or a picturesque walk across the countryside takes you right there for a spot of crabbing on the harbour and an afternoon cream tea before heading back to get those sausages sizzling on the BBQ.
ACCESS: From the gravel parking area at the front of the house, 1 step up into the porch.
INSIDE: From the porch you go through to the hallway, lounge, kitchen and dining room which are all on one level. From the lounge and the utility room there is one step over to the conservatory.
From the hallway there is 12 steps up to the first floor, from here all rooms are on one level.
OUTSIDE: From the conservatory and the utility room there is 1 step down to the patio area and then a further 2 steps down to the lawn. The garden is also accessed via the side of the house.

A public footpath to Padstow is nearby across fields with views over the Camel Estuary exiting on Sarah’s Lane (next to Tesco). This route involves several stiles and kissing gates.
