ACCESS: From the parking area, if you turn right, there are 3 steps down to a path, 1 additional step to the front door. Turn left from the parking area and there are 3 steps and an additional 4 steps down to a path which leads to the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: 1 step over the door frame takes you inside to the porch area and then takes you into the open plan living/dining room and kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR: From the living area 13 steps take you up to the first floor where there is 1 twin bedroom (3ft beds), 1 double bedroom (4ft 6’’ bed) and a bathroom with walk in shower, WC & basin.
OUTSIDE: From the kitchen there is a door leading from here with 1 step over onto the top decked area. An additional 5 big steps take you to the lower area which leads to the back gate.
