ACCESS: There is a parking space for the property at the front of the development. From here you walk across a paved area then up a path with lawn either side, up one step onto a patio area with chairs and then two steps up in through the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the property there is a tiny step up onto a wooden floor and the ground floor comprises of a kitchen/diner and lounge with electric wood burner, TV, free-to-view & DVD players.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps take you up to the first floor and 1 king size bedroom with TV, ensuite bathroom with bath and 1 double bedroom with TV/video and en-suite bathroom with shower (in this room are 2’6” twin beds that can zip and link into a king size).
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the living room/kitchen there is a narrow door which leads out down one step onto a courtyard at the rear of the property with table and chairs. There is also a path and one step up leading from here to the front of the house.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout, there is also a wood burner in the living room. (Please bring your own logs for the fire)
BABIES EQUIPMENT: There is a highchair in the cupboard in the living room. There is also a travel cot under the double bed.
The nearest payphone is in the property. The nearest shops are either St.Merryn or Padstow.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month. The router is kept in the kitchen.
The high chair is kept in the downstairs cupboard and the travel cot is under the double bed.
The information files for the house are kept on the living room windowsill.
