Waking up to the hum of the harbour, opening your door onto the waterfront, sipping a sundowner on the balcony – Mary’s Flat fills each moment with a bit more magic. Skies spill into light living and cooking spaces, while French doors open up onto a sheltered patio – making spending time in the sea air even easier.
From sun up to heads down, Mary’s Flat’s bedrooms bring the cheer, looking out over the harbour and estuary. Perched on North Quay, so close to the water that you could drop a crab line from your window, Padstow will be yours for the taking.
ACCESS: Access is gained straight from North Quay, up 3 steps and into an alleyway which leads up 2 further steps round to the back of the buildings.
There are then 12 steps up a steel staircase (with a handrail) that leads to another gate and 1 step up onto the patio area at the rear of the apartments where there is a BBQ and table and chairs plus a border area with pot plants to separate the two apartments.
Mary’s flat is straight in front of you with 2 steps up into the property.
INSIDE: It is then all on one level and comprises of a lounge/dining room with doors out to a balcony, you need to step up and over onto the balcony which has seating looking out across the North side of the Harbour. Double bedroom, twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath with shower above, WC and basin. Separate WC.

A kitchen with an electric oven and a gas hob and a fridge/freezer (½ fridge, ½ freezer) and a Nespresso machine (bring your own capsules), a lounge/dining room with a TV and DVD player and a balcony overlooking the harbour, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC and a separate WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed).

Access to Marys and Sandys is shared via a passageway then an external slatted stairwell.
Please take care with children, elderly or infirm with this stairwell.
Caution: the enclosed patio has railings but there is a drop on the other side, also the windows in the apartments are large and open right out so please be careful with young children.
For larger groups you are able to book Sandys Flat next door which sleeps 2.
