The parking space for this property is situated about 10 yards away from the cottage and has a chained barrier.
It is a level walk from here along the road and access is gained straight from Church Lane, up 4 steps (with a handrail) in to the mews and along a slate path.
Pebble Cottage is the first property on the right and you go through a gate and up a slope to the get to the front door. One step up to the right and one step up to the left are two patio areas with seating.
Once inside the property there is a kitchen/dining room and lounge.
12 steps take you up to the first floor and 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with 2’ 6” beds and a bathroom (bath with shower above, basin & wc).
Please note that the car park space in Pebble has limited access due to a low all and if you have a larger car you may have difficulty entering the space.
The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Staion Road next to the Council carpark.
