Watching shadows dancing on the wall as the open fire crackles on a winter’s night. Sipping on glasses of bubbly beneath the Chinese lantern tree on patio. It’s always holiday season at Pebble Cottage.
Sat in the sought-after old town, this cottage offers a slice of modern style served up with some traditional Padstow verve – from the open fire in the lounge and the stylish bathroom suite, to the vibrant harbour just a few minutes away. So grab the morning papers and find some shade under the patio tree. Or throw another log on the fire and warm up after a sea swim. Pebble Cottage is a holiday haven all year round.
Ground Floor
Kitchen/dining room with an electric cooker with a gas hob and a fridge/freezer (½ fridge / ½ freezer) and a wood burner.
Lounge with TV and DVD player and an open fire.
First Floor
1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bath with a shower above, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed)
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (2ft 6” beds)
Outside
Small courtyard/garden area with a table and 2 chairs.
Parking
Allocated parking for 1 small / medium car (the space is not suitable for large or longer cars).
Any additional cars will need to use one of the local car parks, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 15:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Heating
There is central heating throughout as well as a wood burner in the dining area and an open fire in lounge, please bring your own logs and kindling.

Accessibility
PARKING: The parking space for this property is situated about 10 yards away from the cottage and has a chained barrier. Please note that the car park space in Pebble has limited access due to low bollards and if you have a larger / longer car you may have difficulty entering the space, please do not block any other spaces or the entrance to the car park with a larger car.
ACCESS: It is a level walk from here along the road and access is gained straight from Church Lane, up 4 steps (these are uneven but there is a handrail) in to the mews and along a slate path. Pebble Cottage is the first property on the right and you go up a small step, through a gate and then up a slope to the get to the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the property there is a kitchen/dining room and lounge all on one level.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps (these are steep) take you up to the first floor. there is one step up to the right to the double bedroom, one step up to the left to the twin bedroom with 2’ 6” beds and a bathroom (bath with a shower above, washbasin & WC).
OUTSIDE: From the entrance there is one step up to the right and one step up to the left, there are two patio areas with seating on one side.
The courtyard/garden area is enclosed with a wall and metal fence and gate.
