ACCESS: Access to the property is gained from the driveway.
GROUND FLOOR: From the driveway there is 1 step over the front door into the house. There is then the lounge, dining room with 3 steps leading down from here into a second lounge with patio doors.
FIRST FLOOR: From the ground floor, there are then 15 stairs up to the first floor with its 1 master double bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC, 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: You can access the outside area through the patio doors there is then 1 step over the door and 5 steps down to the lawned area. You can also walk around either side of the house to the garden at the back, one way there is a pathway and 3 steps to the lawn and going the other way there are 4 steps to the lawn.
