A short walk along the coastal path takes you to Harlyn Bay for ice creams or take a longer stretch with your four-legged friend, past Trevone’s famous blow hole, to Padstow for a cream tea.

Enjoy your evenings lounging back in the garden whilst the sausages sizzle on the BBQ, watching the children release their final bout of energy before recharging for another fun-filled day. Will you take advantage of good food within walking distance or why not treat yourself to an indulgent meal at one of Padstow’s famous restaurants, just 10 minutes’ drive away?! ACCESS: Access to the property is gained from the driveway.
GROUND FLOOR: From the driveway there is 1 step over the front door into the house. There is then the lounge, dining room with 3 steps leading down from here into a second lounge with patio doors.
FIRST FLOOR: From the ground floor, there are then 15 stairs up to the first floor with its 1 master double bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC, 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: You can access the outside area through the patio doors there is then 1 step over the door and 5 steps down to the lawned area. You can also walk around either side of the house to the garden at the back, one way there is a pathway and 3 steps to the lawn and going the other way there are 4 steps to the lawn.
