Just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour and all its activities, Pensers is a homely base for your whole family. With plenty of floor space for dogs (and kids), storage for bikes and boards and a second lounge/ bedroom to take advantage of, this warm, welcoming property puts Padstow at your feet.
Ground Floor
Kitchen with an electric oven with gas hob and fridge/freezer (1/2 fridge, 1/2 freezer), large sitting/dining room with TV and separate DVD player and doggy room.
First Floor
1 kingsize bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath, WC and basin.
Bedroom 1: A king-size double bedroom (5ft bed)
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Second Floor
Bedroom with 2 single beds, settee , a ‘Z-bed’ and an en-suite WC with basin. This room doubles as a second sitting room with lovely estuary views.
Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Outside
Enclosed garden/patio.
Parking
One allocated parking space in the North Quay car park.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
A travel cot and highchair are provided in the house, please bring your own linen for the cot.

Heating
There is central heating throughout and a gas fire in the living room.
There is a reverse heat pump in the main living area of the property which keeps it warm in winter and cold in the summer.
WIFI
WIFI & Broadband is available.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Pensers is accessed from a public road, 1 step up onto the pavement then 4 steps up to the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a large sitting/dining room, kitchen and doggie room. The doggie room can be accessed down 1 step from either the dining room or the kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps take you up to the first floor where there is 1 step down to the main bathroom with bath with shower above and WC then 1 step up to the main landing with a twin room and a double room with ensuite shower, WC and basin.
SECOND FLOOR: Another 12 steps take you up to the attic bed/sitting room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed settee, ensuite wc and basin.
OUTSIDE: There is a door from the doggie room which leads out to the garden area with 2 steps up to a patio with table and chairs and a further 4 steps up to an undercover area with more seating.
