ACCESS: Pensers is accessed from a public road, 1 step up onto the pavement then 4 steps up to the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a large sitting/dining room, kitchen and doggie room. The doggie room can be accessed down 1 step from either the dining room or the kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps take you up to the first floor where there is 1 step down to the main bathroom with bath with shower above and WC then 1 step up to the main landing with a twin room and a double room with ensuite shower, WC and basin.
SECOND FLOOR: Another 12 steps take you up to the attic bed/sitting room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed settee, ensuite wc and basin.
OUTSIDE: There is a door from the doggie room which leads out to the garden area with 2 steps up to a patio with table and chairs and a further 4 steps up to an undercover area with more seating.
