ACCESS: Access is gained from the driveway, there is then 1 small step in to the property and in to the utility room.
GROUND FLOOR: From the utility room there are 15 steps down to the lower ground floor and 15 steps up to the first floor. On this floor you will find 3 super king size bedrooms. 2 have en suites with separate over head showers/washbasin/WC and there is a family bathroom, with a bath and over head shower.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR: From the ground floor there are 15 steps which take you down to a games/TV room with large screen TV, a table tennis table and darts board, a wet room for access from the beach with a shower and wet suit hanging/drying racks and a family bedroom with a double and a single bed and an en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
FIRST FLOOR: Back up 15 steps from the ground floor takes you up to the open plan lounge and kitchen. There is a double bedroom on this floor with an en-suite.
OUTSIDE: From the lounge/kitchen area there is one step over the threshold onto a balcony. There is also access to another balcony through the kitchen door over 1 step, from here 16 steps take you down to the utility room entrance. You can also walk around to the left of the patio area and there is a further 18 steps down on to the garden.
