ACCESS: From the parking space you go through the back garden gate up 10 steps to the patio and then a further 2 steps through the back door.
From the front entrance you take 1 step over through the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: There is an open plan living / kitchen / dining area all on one level.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps up take you to the first floor where you will find one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one family bathroom all on one level.
OUTSIDE: From the dining area you take two steps down to the patio area and then further down the stepped path is the grass area. 10 steps take you to the bottom of the garden to the back gate.
