ACCESS: The parking space is located either at the Railway car park or the Lawns car park. A parking pass is located within the property on arrival. Please note spaces are not guaranteed. There are 3 steps up to the front door of the apartment and 1 step into the building. There is an electronic keypad to enter the building, and another keypad on the front door of the apartment.
THE APARTMENT: There are 13 steps up to the apartment. Once through the front door, there is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner directly ahead. Take a further 13 steps up to the first floor where to the left is a twin bedroom, to the right is a double bedroom, and directly ahead there is the main bathroom.
OUTSIDE: There is an outdoor communal area which is shared by all apartments which is slate floor and outdoor seating. There is a small step out through the door and another 2 small steps up to the seating area.

A parking permit for use in one of the 2 council car parks is included with your booking, this is for one car only and details of this will be sent with your directions.
From 01 April 2020
From this date Cornwall Council will not be offering parking permits so parking passes will not be included with your booking, information on parking in Padstow will now be sent to you with your pre-arrival details sent 5 days before your arrival or please click here for further details.
Linen and towels are provided, linen changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival
You are able to hire cots and highchairs from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.
