Situated in the heart of beautiful Padstow, with the traditional, picturesque streets on your doorstep, Porthilly is the perfect maisonette whereby you can easily access every must-see destination located near and far. With it’s fresh, spacious and crisp interior and its slick furnishings, this property provides enough space to host even the most excitable of children. As soon as you step through the door you will think, this is my Cornish home away from home. When the time comes, you will be desperate not to leave.Accessibility
ACCESS: The parking space is located either at the Railway car park or the Lawns car park. A parking pass is located within the property on arrival. Please note spaces are not guaranteed. There are three steps up to the front door of the apartment and 0ne step into the building. There is an electronic keypad to enter the building, and another keypad on the front door of the apartment.
THE APARTMENT: There are 13 steps up to the apartment. Once through the front door, there is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner directly ahead. Take a further 13 steps up to the first floor where to the left is a twin bedroom, to the right is a double bedroom, and directly ahead there is the main bathroom.
OUTSIDE: There is an outdoor communal area which is shared by all apartments which is slate floor and outdoor seating. There is a small step out through the door and another 2 small steps up to the seating area.
HEATING: The house has under floor heating and a thermostat in each room where the heating can be controlled.
NB: The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Station Road next to the Council carpark.

Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month

Outside seating communal area shared by other apartments.
There is also a cold outdoor shower.
Parking pass included for the Lawn’s car park and for the Railway car park
Linen and towels are provided, linen changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.

You are able to hire cots and highchairs from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.
