Blending modern style with original features throughout, the open plan ground floor is a highlight – making for many a convivial evening as you cook, eat and relax together, indoors around the family dining table, or outside in the stonewalled, courtyard.
ACCESS: From Tregirls Lane, there is one step over the doorway into the cottage and the entrance hallway, on thsi level you will find the 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom (4ft 6” bed) and 1 twin bedroom (2 x 3ft beds).
GROUND FLOOR: 10 steep stairs will then take you to the dining room and lounge area which are on one level with one large step taking you from the dining room to the kitchen and through a doorway into the bathroom with bath with overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE: From the lounge there is one step through a doorway onto the patio, with 2 steps taking you to the middle level and a further large step up to the top level of the patio.
