ACCESS: Access is gained from Fentonluna Lane 1 small step takes you up inside the property.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor is the living room and open plan kitchen/diner (accessed via tiny steps from the hallway).
FIRST FLOOR: 14 steps take you up to the first floor and 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with bath/shower above, WC, basin and heated towel rail, 1 queen size bedroom (can zip and link to create a twin room) with 2 steps up into an ensuite shower room with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Both rooms have views across the deer park.
SECOND FLOOR: A further 12 steps take you up to the second floor and a king size bedroom (with views across the town to the estuary) with ensuite shower room with double shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. A dressing room then leads down to a twin bedroom, with views across the deer park, and a shower room with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the dining area there are large patio doors leading out over 1 step to the patio/courtyard. 2 steps up from here take you out to the road and parking area.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout and the boiler is located in the cupboard in the living room. There is a thermostat on the wall in the hallway by the front door. There is a wood burner in the living room (please bring your own logs for the fire).
BABIES EQUIPMENT: No equipment is provided but can be hired.

Peels of laughter ring out across the stretching lawn. Sunlight pours through kitchen skylights over lazy lunches around the table. Bare feet meet cool stone flooring while picnics are prepped on the breakfast bar. Holiday a cut above at The Lookout.
Lobster House is a beautiful cottage situated on New Street, just a short stroll from the Harbour.
The accommodation is arranged on three floors and has some gorgeous features including a lovely kitchen/diner with slate floor, a cosy sitting room with an exposed Cornish stone wall and a light filled attic bedroom with original beams and lovely distant views out to the estuary from the first and second floors.
